About The Real Estate Survey II Issues in Ownership of Real Property
This multi-jurisdictional survey on “Issues in Ownership of Real Property” is part II of Lex Mundi’s Real Estate Survey Series.
“Issues in Ownership of Real Property” provides jurisdictional overviews on many areas related to property ownership including, fee simple ownership, ownership conveyance instruments; ownership records and searches; assurance of ownership for purchasers; common forms of investment vehicles, state or local taxes levied on sellers or buyers and more, as they relate to jurisdictions around the globe.
The multi-part Real Estate Survey Series is being conducted by members of the Lex Mundi Real Estate Practice Group.
