For example, in the technology sector, we are advising the NYSE-listed technology company, Danaher Corporation, on the Israeli law aspects of its global M&A activity and we most recently served as its lead counsel on the acquisition of Frankfurt-listed AVT Technologies, which is based in Israel. We also acted for the TASE and NASDAQ listed company, B Communications Ltd., the controlling shareholder of Israel's largest telecommunications company, Bezeq, on a series of complex M&A/restructuring transactions, including negotiations with potential acquirors and investors and bond-holders, for the sale of the controlling stake of the company and overall investments relevant to it.
